MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION

HARLEQUIN’s objective is to provide goods and services that conform to customers’ needs and expectations, especially where contractual requirements, specifications and relevant statutory regulations are concerned. This objective is achieved through the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) which complies with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, 14001, 3834 and ISO/TS 29001. Harlequin was the first company of its kind in Ghana to be awarded with ISO 9001: 2008 certification via DNV Det Norske Veritas.

The QHSE DEPARTMENT guides all activities to secure compliance with QMS standards. Harlequin’s QHSE team ensures that customer requirements are reviewed prior to commencement of work and they track all aspects of a project for the duration of the project. This includes inspections when raw materials arrive as well as regular progress inspections, auditing, calibration of instruments and the approval of instructions and procedures from start to finish.
