KOFI ODURO MENSAH
Kofi is a transactional lawyer and an Entrepreneur. He co-founded ABM Attorneys at Law, a full service law firm based in Accra. He has represented numerous local and international entities in corporate, securities, and real estate transactions.
His transactional resume includes representation of ECOWAS Bank for Investment & Development, Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa, Ecobank Ghana Limited and Frontline Capital Advisors.
He has advised clients in over US$850 million worth of transactions. Kofi is licensed to practice law in the Republic of Ghana and the State of New York, USA. He also co-founded Skytrain Investments Limited, a real estate investment and development company whose maiden project, Hillside Greens, is a 240-home residential community located on the outskirts of Accra.
Kofi’s current and previous directorships include the Ghanaian subsidiary of AECOM, a Fortune 500 company that trades on the New York Stock Exchange; and Waratah Investments Limited, a Ghanaian company that has controlling stakes in mining entities listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Australian Securities Exchange. Kofi holds a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University.
Kofi and the Executive Director team are responsible for developing strategic goals and objectives for Harlequin Group.
DANIEL CHRISTOPHER HESSE-TETTEH
Daniel is a highly motivated Entrepreneur, Investor and Oil & Gas Business Executive.
He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of HT Marine Offshore Logistics Limited, an Offshore logistics services company, having served directly and indirectly with International and Local oil and gas players such as Tullow, ENI and Ghana National Gas company (Ghana Gas), as well as oil and gas service companies such as MODEC and Knusten OAS Shipping.
Scopes of work have included a myriad of vessel support services including STS support operations, marker bouy inspection services , data buoy recovery operations and bio data sampling surveys to name a few.
Daniel is bilingual in French and English and a very effective communicator. He brings to table a wealth of contacts and high attention to detail for all projects he is in involved in.
As an Executive Director of Harlequin, his vision for the Group is to create an Indigenous Oil & Gas and Mining Services company that will grow within Ghana and beyond and replicating its success here to support clients across Africa.
Daniel is an alumnus of University of Aberdeen-Scotland, where he obtained a joint Honors Degree in French and Legal Studies with a focus on Oil and Gas Law.
He is also an alumnus of the University of Warwick in Coventry, England, where he obtained an MSC in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. He also holds Diplomas in Strategic Management and Foundations of Management from London School of Economics, as well as Diplomas in French and Marketing from Science Po Rennes in France.
His other business interests include Real Estate, Manpower, Electrical Engineering, Specialized Communications , Beverage Manufacturing and more recently through Harlequin, general and specialist Engineering Services.
Frederick is a results driven Entrepreneur with a wealth of experience spanning several industries including real estate development, oil and gas, technology and finance.
Frederick earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering, and a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, USA. Frederick is also an alumnus of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and participated in the Stanford Seed Transformation Program in West Africa.
Frederick is the Chief Executive Officer of CADS Contract and Services Limited, a turnkey property development and integrated facilities management firm whose clients include Tullow Oil, MODEC, Deloitte, MTN and Baker Hughes.
Frederick’s other directorships include CADS Developers Limited, a property development firm partly owned by Grit Real Estate Income Group, one of Africa’s largest Real Estate Investors.
The CADS Group owns and manages over 10,000 m2 of commercial real estate in Accra. Frederick also serves on the Board of Directors of Darfin Finance Limited, a Finance House based in Accra; and HT Marine Offshore Logistics, an indigenous Ghanaian company that seeks to expand its fleet of Ghanaian flagged offshore support vessels to enhance local participation in Ghana’s Oil and Gas industry.
