Harlequin International commenced operations in Ghana in 1998, to serve the mining industry, and has grown from strength to strength over the years to become the premium engineering and hydraulic facility in Ghana today. At Harlequin, we manufacture and repair precision mechanical components, and repair, assemble and test hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors.
We operate in the mining, ports and harbours, power generation and agriculture industries, with in-depth experience and knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to reliability and quality. We have a proven track record covering over 20 successful years providing services in Ghana and the West African sub-region.

Harlequin International (GH) Limited, is also the authorized dealer for a number of international brands including Gedore, Lincoln, Enerpac, Bahco, Parker Industrial Hydraulic Equipment and Tranter Heat Exchangers. We provide high pressure hydraulic equipment, hoses, fittings, pumps; tubing, adapters; storage and racking workshop solutions; fluid coupling, hydraulic coupling; general tooling, hand tools, power tools; and general mechanical engineering and hydraulic components.
Our wholly owned indigenous subsidiary – Harlequin Oil and Gas (HOG) – began operations in September 2015 as a joint venture company of Tarkus Logistics & Engineering Supplies Ltd and Harlequin International (GH) Ltd.
HOG was set up to provide support services to the upstream Oil and Gas industry. In 2018, Harlequin Oil and Gas became a fully owned indigenous Ghanaian company and is now one of the leading upstream support services companies in Ghana.
HOG specializes in turnkey fabrication of subsea equipment, including suction piles, manifolds, steel bend restrictors, holdback anchors and mud mats. We have provided various support services to leading players in the upstream industry including but not limited to MODEC, NOV, FMC Technologies, and Tullow. In addition to our welding and fabrication services, we provide offshore labour, hydraulic and pneumatic support services for high-pressure hydraulic/air systems, components such as cylinders, valves and pumps. We offer heat plate exchanger and riser maintenance services amongst many others
Our commitment to excellence and superior customer satisfaction has culminated in HOG being adjudged Ghana’s Local Content Achievement Company of the Year 2020 by The Oil and Gas Yearbook (TOGY), one of the most prestigious Oil and Gas Journals in Africa. HOG was also awarded the Indigenous Company of the Year (Upstream) at the 7th edition of the Ghana Oil and Gas Awards ceremony held in November 2020.
