Andrew Acquah Oppan holds a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.  Prior to pursuing the above, Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration (Human Resource Management Option) from the Central University College, Accra–Ghana, in 2003.

Having worked with organizations such as Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority and the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority among others, Andrew joins the Harlequin with over thirteen (13) years’ experience from the Gold Mining Industry, where he rose through the ranks to the position of Head of Human Resources.

As an active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP), for a considerable number of years, Andrew has participated in numerous international and local conferences and seminars in the field of Human Resource (HR) and brings on board his vast professional and managerial experience in the field of H. R. Management and general administration.

Andrew heads the Human Resource/Administration Department of Harlequin, ensuring that an efficient human resource infrastructure is built with an increasing employee commitment and capabilities in strategy execution to creating a renewable organisation.
