Godson has extensive knowledge and experience in the Engineering sector. He has successfully carried out maintenance work on various Mechanical components and hydraulic systems both onshore and offshore. Some of the components he has worked on include Earthmoving machines, winches, transmissions, hydraulic cylinders, valves, and pumps, among others. He has worked with Mantrac Ghana and Samartex Timber & Plywood Company Ltd.

Godson possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibits dynamism, and is committed to delivering consistently high-quality work with zero defects, as evidenced by his tenure as a Hydraulic Supervisor from 2013 to 2022. He is deeply passionate about fostering team cohesion and is highly accountable when it comes to collaborative efforts aimed at achieving outstanding outcomes. His expertise in hydraulic systems has been instrumental in his role as a Hydraulic Supervisor, contributing to the growth of his team as the most organized, efficient, and independent Supervisor in Harlequin. He is highly dedicated to his responsibilities, possessing excellent managerial skills and a strong drive to achieve his goals. 

With over 18 years of professional experience, Godson holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Agricultural Engineering from the same institution, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Agricultural Engineering. Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
