John Ansah Yeboah is the Technical Manager of the oil & gas division at Harlequin group, a global engineering and fabrication company with a lot of experience in very special and complex engineering fields, e.g. design and fabrication of process equipment components, structural, piping tanks, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
A seasoned engineer with 10+ years of experience in industrial facility designs and creating best engineering and construction solutions for businesses of diverse industries. Mr. Ansah finds it incredibly motivating to use his analytic skills to organize the tangible fixed assets to maximize the effectiveness of the production process and meeting stakeholders needs.
In his current role, John leads Harlequin’s Oil & Gas division, which provides solutions to topsides, marine subsea and onshore industrial facilities, and maintenance. Furthermore, he drives continuous improvement initiatives for the entire Harlequin group to enhance operational efficiency and drive positive change throughout the organization.
Before joining Harlequin Group, John Ansah was with Modec Production Services Ghana Ltd, last serving as Senior management of change engineer, where he worked with a team of engineers planning and executing improvement projects (Capex & Opex) and maintenance workorders which drives operational efficiency and increases the facility throughput.
John Ansah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah university of Science and Technology.
