Nour Moussawi is a Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, and oil & gas project execution. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in estimation, engineering coordination, project management, and multidisciplinary team leadership across fabrication, piping, and machining projects. 

Before joining Harlequin, Nour worked in engineering and manufacturing environments where he developed strong expertise in mechanical design, project planning, cost estimation, and technical and commercial proposal preparation. He has successfully managed projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with client specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

At Harlequin, Nour leads technical teams in delivering engineering and fabrication solutions while maintaining strong client engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution.

Nour holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Beirut Arab University and an MBA with Project Management from the University of Sunderland, UK.
