Our wholly owned indigenous subsidiary – Harlequin Oil and Gas (HOG) was set up to provide support services to the upstream Oil and Gas industry. HOG began operations in September 2015 as a joint venture company of Tarkus Logistics & Engineering Supplies Ltd and Harlequin International (GH) Ltd. In 2018, Harlequin Oil and Gas became a fully owned indigenous Ghanaian company and is now one of the leading upstream support services companies in Ghana.

HOG is exclusively dedicated to the Oil & Gas industry and includes both subsea and topside contracts. Through continued commitment and the high standards that we set for ourselves, Harlequin Oil & Gas provides quality and craftsmanship that is equal to any first-world engineering service provider. HOG specializes in turnkey fabrication of subsea equipment, including suction piles, manifolds, steel bend restrictors, holdback anchors and mud mats. We have provided various support services to leading players in the upstream industry including but not limited to MODEC, NOV, FMC Technologies, and Tullow. In addition to our welding and fabrication services, we provide offshore labour, hydraulic and pneumatic support services for high-pressure hydraulic/air systems, components such as cylinders, valves and pumps. We offer plate heat exchanger and riser maintenance services amongst many others
