Faustina joins the team with over 20 years of extensive experience and knowledge in organizational administration, company management and event management. Due to this rich experience, she is tasked with the responsibility of managing and implementing annual corporate marketing and communications strategy, engagement with registered associations, planning and organizing corporate events such as product launches, conferences and exhibition and sponsorship activities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation. She has oversight responsibility of managing the company’s website and also maintaining a good social media presence.
Faustina was previously the Executive Assistant to the Directors of Harlequin where she served as the link between the Managing Director and the Directors to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth delivery of work across all departments.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Management option) from the Central University College. In addition, she has had training in fund sourcing from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, customer service and leadership skills, records management and people management.
She has previously worked with institutions like Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo), Toyota Ghana Limited, Strategic Communications Africa Limited (Stratcomm Africa), Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Energy Products Limited and Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority.
