John Amankwah is the Commercial Lead at Harlequin. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Commercial, Procurement, Stores Departments and Offsite Projects.

Since joining Harlequin in 2019, John has consistently demonstrated leadership, versatility, and a results-driven approach across a variety of roles and projects.

He has played key roles in several landmark projects, including:

• Tema LNG Onshore Pipeline and PRMS Project – Project Coordinator
• Mensin Gold Mine Refurbishment – Procurement Expeditor
• Steel Structure Erection for the 2024 African Games – Project Manager

Following the successful completion of these projects, John transitioned to Harlequin’s Operations Team as the Commercial Lead.

John brings valuable experience in Civil and SMPP construction. His contributions span across procurement strategy, commercial management, and project execution. He is committed to ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction on all workshop jobs and projects.
